Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

This policy sets out how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled for treatments, bookings and purchases made through eLIVEate Me Limited.

In general, what should you cover in your Shipping Policy?

1. Treatment Bookings

 

Booking Confirmation

 

Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a booking email.

Cancellations by Clients

To protect our time and ensure availability for all clients, we operate a clear cancellation policy:

 

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours before the appointment:

    No charge

  • Cancellations within 48 hours:

    50% fee applies

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance:

    100% of the treatment fee applies

Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time or require rebooking.

 

Cancellations by eLIVEate Me

We may occasionally need to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

 

  • Practitioner illness

  • Equipment issues

  • Safety concerns

  • Unforeseen circumstances

If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a new appointment or a full refund.

2. Returns & Refunds – Physical Products

Returns Eligibility

You can return unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery provided they are:

 

  • In original condition

  • Unopened and sealed

  • Undamaged

Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons include:

 

  • Opened skincare or beauty products

  • Supplements once the seal is broken

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or faulty:

 

  • Contact us within 7 days with photos

  • We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you

 

 

 

 

3. Digital Products

Digital downloads (e.g., guides, templates, roadmaps) are non-refundable once delivered, unless:

 

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed

  • There is a technical issue caused by us

 

 

We will always aim to resolve issues quickly.

 

4. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase

  • Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
